- Speak to Malfaniel the Spokesman, standing next to the exit of Alkazaba noc Draco.
- He will tell you to find the merchant who has stolen a dragon's egg.
- If you talk with the merchant, he will turn into a red magician
- Kill him and his warghs
- Bring the egg back to Malfaniel and get your reward
