Start the quest by speaking with Matthew Canberra. You will find him standing next to the blacksmith in Porto Vallum.
This is what the iron bars look like after they have been dropped by orcs.
There are a lot of orcs just south of Porto Vallum. You need to collect five of these to complete this task.
To complete this quest, all you need to to is talk to Matthew Canberra again.
