Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Zaman, the Runemaster of Silver Creek to start this quest. He will as you to retrieve a book.
The orc you need to retrieve the book from is on the other side of the mansion just NE of town. Kill him and his band of goblins. Retrieve the book along with the other loot the group drops.
Return to the Runemaster, give him the book and collect your reward.
