Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Foreman Damar to learn that TyBosso could use an expert on trees.
Head South to the senate building, then West to TyBosso’s mansion. Here you will find TyBosso DeElfici and four Body Guards.
Talk to TyBosso – he gets angry that you won’t help him and sets the Body Guards on you.
Kill the four Body Guards, then talk to TyBosso again.
Now you need to head across to the East part of the city and talk to Omero. He asks you to take a letter to his beloved, Joana.
She is in a house just to the South of Omero’s location (you can take a shortcut through the nearby blacksmith’s yard).
As a shadow character you don’t think much of love, and decide to play a cruel trick on Omero and Joana. When you get to Joana’s house she isn’t there, but her mother, Thendra, is. Talk to her and you will tell her about the letter, and that Omero was holding another woman at the time. She will ask you to kill some of his family’s forest slaves in revenge for Omero’s infidelity, an idea (killing woodcutters) that appeals to you as a Dryad.
Head South from Joana’s house and then East out of the city. Turn Northeast and kill the lumberjacks (you may have to return to the city to kill the last couple) in the clearing, as well as any brigands or wild boar that attack you. When all six lumberjacks are dead, return to where Omero is standing and go into the house; time to stir the intrigue some more.
Talk to Theodore and he will employ you to kill Thendra’s nephew, Lentas.
Return to Thendra and inform her of the deaths of the lumberjacks (she’s unlikely to reward you once you’ve killed her nephew!), then head to the upper floor of the house and talk to Lentas.
Kill him once he becomes hostile, then head back to Theodore. This time he has three Personal Guards with him, whom he sets on Thendra and her three Personal Guards when they attack (after you click ‘OK’ on the conversation).
Both sides are also hostile to you, and Thendra tends not to arrive until after Theodore and his Personal Guards have already started to attack you; just kill everyone marked as a quest enemy and the quest log will update telling you to contact Joana (the only one left alive).
Head back to Joana’s house and go up to the next floor. Talk to Joana; you spin her a tale of betrayal and murder and she actually thanks you for your actions.
This completes the quest; the next quest begins in the Human Region, on the road to Gryffinborough.

Notes
- Note: In the light character's version of this quest, Thendra's nephew Lentas is referred to as Joana's (Thendra's daughter) nephew, which would make him Thendra's grandson
- Note: During the melee with Theodore, one of his Personal Guards tends to run upstairs out of the fight. Once everyone is dead, follow him upstairs, kill him, and then return downstairs - you will find Theodore (if killed before heading upstairs) has respawned. Kill Theodore again and the quest will update to the next step; talking to Joana
