The Elder is the Grackk family head in the town of Asui'thaz. He is located in what could be described as the center of the village next to a fire pit. The Elder is the quest giver for the Family Ties quest, which is a continuation of the main quest. He is surprised that you have no family name and offers you his. He and the Grackk Lizardman Shaman will accompany you on this quest.
