Ramenos is a trader who's fortunes haven't been great lately. Taxes have been raised to a point to where he's willing to look for unconventional means of profit. He's heard that a nearby collapsed tunnel leads to the land of Dwarves. If he can get through this tunnel and trade with them he will be rich. Unfortunately some cultists are in the way and he asks you to clear them out.

Eliminate the cultists blocking the way!
Welcome! My name is Ramenos, and I'm a merchant. These days business isn’t as good as it used to be. Since they raised the taxes on sold merchandise, there are no riches to make from am honest and solid trade. That's why we chose to travel in this region. Rumor says that there are Dwarves living behind this collapsed tunnel. If they’re really there and we can find them, then convince them to trade with us regularly, my partners and I would be made men! Sadly I'm stuck here. These cultists are blocking the entrance of the cave and I can't get by them. Would you be willing to help me? Eliminate the cultists and I will reward you generously for it!
Dwarves? Nothing but a fairy tale. But you decide to let the merchants have their dreams and head out towards the cave to see what is going on with the cultists.

You easily dispatch the Group Leader and his underlings. Sacrifices? really?. Now that the deed is done you head back to the merchant.
