Ascaron's Sacred 2: Fallen Angel is indeed a massive game and finding your way around the world of Ancaria can be quite a challenge. For that reason this interactive map is meant to help players pinpoint their location in the world and find all the goodies that Ascaron has prepared for Sacred 2 fans in this impressive game world. Interacting with the map is simple. Left click and drag to move the map around. Double left click on the map to zoom in and double right click on the map to zoom out (or use the mouse wheel). More can be learned about this map and how fans can modify it in the Discussion Topic for this page. Optionally, you may view the [1]Full Screen Map[/URL] or Download Schot's Sacred 2 Map of Ancaria and view it using an image viewer such as the free Irfanview.

Map Overview

When playing Sacred 2, pressing the "m" button will produce an entire map of the world of Ancaria. During the beginning of the game, when it first appears, the map will be in black and white, with only the area that the character is presently in showing up in color. The colored areas will grow, as the player's travels have them discover more of Ancaria. It is a live-map that will display enemies as red triangles as they move about or towards you:

Map Controls

It is also possible to zoom into the map whilst using the mouse wheel to have more details shown such as completed quests, merchants, rune traders, resurrection monoliths, portals and much more:

Also in the game's map, right click and drag to move the map around.

When in map mode, by depressing the mouse wheel and then simultaneously moving the mouse, the game will produce a small, highly-detailed mini-map that the player can move about to better study all the terrain already covered by the character.
