Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Chief Astronomer Nomengalus to learn that he needs a shipment of spare parts taken to workers waiting to fix a leaking T-Energy transmission pipe.
Head East across the covered bridge and then immediately turn North and head down a steep set of stairs. Continue North until the road reaches a T-junction, then turn right (East). Follow the road until the next T-junction where you should turn left (North). Continue down this road until you see the workers and the broken pipe (the blue glow effect of the T-Energy makes it impossible to miss, even at night!).
