Talk to Telwan the Merchant to learn of the problem with the potions he's been selling.

Head South out of the village, turning left (North) just after the bridge.

Talk to Rina Boombastic to learn that she is being extorted.

Head back into the village, then North. Just North of the village, where a paved path leads left (West) to a house, head East, then North into the clearing Rina Boombastic mentioned.

Kill the five quest-marked Racketeers and talk to the Ringleader when he surrenders. Either decline his offer, or accept it.

Talk to him again; if you declined his offer he will give you Renik’s name because he doesn’t want the Priest getting away with it when he (the Ringleader) hasn’t.
