Quick Walkthrough

Niece Andreala

  • Contact Andreala near the capitol building in Thylisium. She will inform you of the dispute, and the location of your family's farm appears on your map.

The Ritual

  • Contact Gernott at the family farm; he will tell you to wait where you are while he performs the ritual to summon your great uncle to settle the dispute. (Note: you don't need to stand anywhere specifically, the quest will go on no matter what.)

Small Problem

  • Defeat the 5 demons the ritual summoned as a side effect.
  • Contact Great Uncle Namiel's ghost, who will tell you the land is yours.
  • Contact Gernott again.
  • Travel back to Thylisium and talk to Andreala again, telling her you're giving her the land; she will give you her nicest ring.

Notes

If in single player, activating the Thylisium Resurrection Monolith is handy for finishing this quest. If you're doing this quest in single player, but you're at a higher level/farther than Thylisium, or if you're in multi-player, the walk isn't terribly long, so no worries.
