Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Guard Commander to learn of the prison revolt.
Head down into the lower dungeon - the Guard Commander is standing just in front of the entrance. All 8 of the Rebelling Prisoners you need to kill should be in the main room that you first appear in, along with a few Rats. Once the Rebelling Prisoners are all dead, return to the upper dungeon and speak to the Guard Commander for your reward and to complete the quest chain.

- Bug: The logbook entry for this quest is displayed at the very bottom of the list, appearing to be under the quest 'Holdup' in many cases, though it is clearly a part of the chain Serving the Inquisition
- Tip: If you haven't already received the first quest in the Help for Lawaon quest chain, you can do so now, as the quest giver, Medic is in the upper part of the dungeon.
