As soon as Gabelte has read the Lordship's notes he explains you the plan: the militia will pay a renegade captain and his men, who have settled after a high cliff in the coast, north from here. You are asked to find the pirate captain and submit the militia's proposal to him.

You walk north along the coast till you arrive to the Pirate Bay. You have to deal with several thraconians who are wandering around the coast before you arrive to the pirate's camp.

You find Blackheart in the middle of the camp, and you directly introduce yourself and explain the captain the militia's plan. The captain listens to your offer, but he considers that 30 bags of gold is a low offer. He asks for 40 bags instead!

The captain is waiting for an answer, but as long as commerce is not one of your abilities, you are likely to accept the captain's demands. Actually the militia has no other plan, so they will be forced to accept...
