There are 2 NPC's that go by the name of Toy Dealer. They are in a bit of a competition battle. One of them lying and the other more worried about his dolls than the whereabouts of his son, Little Boy. Depending on if you meet them in the Shadow or Light campaign will influence how you help or hinder them.
