Extra-strong monsters can be found lurking in various locations throughout Ancaria, and will not hesitate to use any means necessary to dispatch trespassers in their territory. Often using special attacks, boss monsters hit harder and faster, and can be very difficult to kill. All Bosses, old and new, have an even higher chance for dropping good loot in Diablo 2 Fallen.

Stronger than Elite enemies but weaker than Bosses, Superunique enemies are special foes with unique names and appearances. They always appear in the same location and scale to the player's level when they enter the game.
