In Bulutuz you can find the below services. See Map Icons:

Bulutuz is located in far northwestern Nor Plat: The Orc Region. This area is the last stop in the Orc Lands during the main campaign before heading off to the Seraphim Island. There is also a path along the shoreline that will lead you to the Submarine Bullseye Eater Egg. See pic below for location of the 'fake' part of the wall.

Quests & NPC's
- Captain of the Ship: Involved in Wet Danger, in Chapter 3 of the Main Campaign.
Transportation
Easiest way is via a 'Boat' teleport. Otherwise the nearest portal is at Za'Zuruik. Head north from Za'Zuruik along the mountains till you get to the pathway towards Bulutuz.
Enemies
While there are no enemies within Bulutuz, you will encounter every type of Orc/Ogre enemy on the way there.
