Gronkor's Outlook is located in far southern Nor Plat. It is only accessible via a cave south of Entruag in the Troll battle grounds.

Transportation
Entruag portal or monolith. Cross the bridge in town and head south thru the Troll battle grounds. Enter cave and go to end to come out in Gronkor's Outlook
