Neithu'thaz is located in eastern The Swamp region. Players will visit the town during the Main Quest (Light Campaign) and fight the Miasma for the first time.

- Swirling Mist of Miasma: Quest Boss Family Ties in Chapter 6 of the Main Quest.
- Thazziz: Involved in Family Ties in Chapter 6 of the Main Quest.

- Lutzz: Quest giver for The Olm Farm quest.
