The Shadow Warrior bellows a battle cry, mustering all his strength and increasing his attack values considerably for a brief period.

Bronze

War Song - The battle cry intensifies and increases the attack values even more. (+50% from base value)
Persistence - Prolongs the duration of Rousing Command. (+50% from base value)

Silver

Gold

Surge - The regeneration time of all combat arts is decreased while Rousing Command is active. (5% + 0.5% per CA level decrease)
Leader - Rousing Command will also affect nearby party members. (50% + 0.2% per CA level effectiveness on party members)
