Quick Walkthrough

Speak to Roger at his farm a bit west of the Town.
He will ask you to talk with Martha the Witch who cursed his farm with an invasion of spiders because he ended the relationship with her
Go to Martha, kill the spiders guarding her, then speak to Martha to inform her that Roger will marry her; she will teleport to Roger
Get to Roger's farm. Talk with Martha and Roger. They will reward you.
