Talk to John Bole to start this quest. You will find him inside the tavern inSilver Creek. He will ask you to kill five evil goblin shamans.
There are lots of them between Silver Creek and Porto Vallum. These critters conjure up lots of Goblin Warriors and can also hit you with damaging spells.
After you take out five of these shamans, return to John Bole. Talk to him to complete this quest and collect the reward.

I like to do both this quest and Green Plague at the same time. The shamans summon up goblin warriors. If you keep the shamans alive long enough, you can kill the 20 goblin warriors for the Green Plague. It is the quickest and easiest way to find 20 of those particular critters.
