Escort Wilbur to report to Baron DeMordrey in Crow's Rock Castle.
Detailed Walkthrough
You get this quest when you speak with Prince Valor. He tells you to report the uncovered Orc invasion force to DeMordrey in Crow's Rock Castle.
A new quest marker first appears on the bridge of Faeries Crossing. When you reach this quest marker, it will update to Baron DeMordrey's location in Crow's Rock Castle.
Once you report to DeMordrey, he gives you his signet ring and tells you to find an elite unit of Sharuka warriors, who should be more than enough to to help out Prince Valor.

Instead of heading straight for Faeries Crossing, take a route that takes you along the edge of the desert towards the forest in the west.
This way you will end up in Mascarell, and you should activate the portal there. You will save yourself a long walk in the desert later if you do this.
