Kill the minotaur that is fighting guards just northeast of Silver Creek. Speak to the guard with the exclamation point (Captain Clement) over his head to collect the reward.
Detailed Walkthrough
Follow the road just northeast of Silver Creek until you see a minotaur fighting guards. Kill the minotaur. Talk to the guard with the exclamation point to collect the reward. If you don't act swiftly enough, Captain Clement can die from fighting the minotaur and local goblins. If he does not survive, you will not be able to collect the reward, so it is advised to save just before you start this fight.
