Follow the road in the forest for Tyr Fasul until you find a diversion. Follow the path on the LEFT.

you will find a warrior fighting with some bears;
kill the animals;
the warrior will ask you to bring him in Tyr Fasul;
Escort him and do your tasks in the fortress, then return to him;
he needs to reach the end of the forest, so go back to Mascarell until he stops;
He will tell you that his name is Jacquaire. Remember this name.
