This Item Modifier increases all your character's Skills by the amount specified. This can be quite beneficial, especially for lower level characters. It is frequently found on rings and amulets, thus making it easy to socket a tremendous amount of skill improvement.
Items with this modifier are especially valuable to low level characters with the Trading skill – this can be pushed quite a bit higher than the character level and produces quite astonishing results.
