In East Turbak, you will meet Commander Lia. He is missing a number of his men. They went to the Twitty Tister bar one night, and never came back. He wants you to check it out.
You will find the bar to the south, in the mountains.

Once there, start interrogating the patrons.

You can use many adjectives to describe soldiers, but "tasty" is not normally one of them. Best keep your back to the wall.

You will Santanico in the back of the bar. Maybe she has answers.

So you're looking for the soldiers, are you? Hehehe... You'll find them somewhere here! MUAHAHA!
At that point, the innocuous looking bar patrons turn into werewolves, and by the way, YOU are on the menu. Show them that tonight's main course bites back. After sending them all to oblivion, return to Commander Lia in East Turbak.
What? Werewolves! My men may have been good-for-nothing lazy mongrels, but even they didn't deserve such a dreadful fate. How tragic.
This quest is complete.
