This Item Modifier will increase a player's current Combat Art(s) level by a fixed, specified amount, indicated upon found or purchased jewelry, weapons, or armor. Increasing Combat Art levels via items will only give a player half the regeneration penalty than from reading Combat Art Runes while allowing them to have the full positive benefits. This strategy will result in a player being able to execute their melee, ranged or magical Combat Arts faster due to a quicker regeneration. This item modifier will not raise the level of the Combat Art over the level allowed by the corresponding Focus skill. Players may take advantage of the type/quality of slots found within armor and forge jewelry with All combat arts +X within it to gain extra Combat Art levels as a bonus via quality of slot. The slot quality bonus will stack with the level of this modifier.
