After returning the missing items to Farmer Halko for theSouvenirs quest, his wife has a favor to ask. Apparently, zombies cannot feel pain, so rats gnaw on them in their sleep. She wants you to kill some rats. (Wow! Something new and different for us!)
Kill the rats!
Argh! I hate this! Look at my toes! The damned beasts almost gnawed off another one! Zombies don't feel pain, you see? And while we are asleep, the rats come out, and if they have a taste for a toe or two, they gnaw at us! I won't have it anymore!
Please help us! Kill these rats. Do it for us and our limbs.
The rats are all in the vicinity of the manor.
