You can meet this farmer right next to the door of his farm house in the west part of Sloeford. He seems to be nervous and very worried with something. When you ask him what he worries about, he tells you that Kobolds are so multiple last days that they've become a real threat to all the local farmers. But are those little humanoids the real reason behind his bad mood? And is Chuck Latbar really a honest and respectable farmer he seems to be?
