In a cave to the E-SE of the Smith of Za'Zuruik (in the Orcish region), you can find a cave which is a sort of mine entrance.
Enter it, and go through the level; you'll find an other entrance, which leads to the lower level of the dungeon. On this level, you can find the outline of a body, drawn in chalk.
