Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Fisher's Wife to learn that he is overdue from a fishing tour.
Head to the fisher’s boat. It is the most westerly of the two boats moored on the Northwest side of the Docks. You will be teleported to a small island just off the North tip of Jail Island.
Pick up the Murderer’s Dagger just to the East of the corpse and the boat, then approach the boat to teleport back to Thylysium docks. Return to the Fisher’s Wife for your reward.
You can now talk to her again to receive the quest An Eye for an Eye.
