Quick Walkthrough
Head North down the steps to the T-junction and turn left (West) down the road and over the river. Follow the path leading North until you reach the Kobold camp where Little Mary is. Talk to the girl and then lead her back to her mother. Talk to Lamela for your reward and the next part of this chain.
Detailed Walkthrough
Head North down the steps to the T-junction and turn left (West). Follow the road over the river and then North. When you reach the Kobold camp where Little Mary is being held you have two choices; slaughter everything just for the hell of it, or just talk to the girl and leave. You don’t have to kill any Kobolds to complete the mission and Little Mary doesn’t attract aggro, so if you want to save time, just run in, talk to her and run back out again. Return to Lamela (Little Mary automatically follows and teleports to your side if you get too far away) for your reward and the next part of this chain.

A child ran away from her mother while they were taking a walk. She ran towards a Kobold camp, which is beyond the bridge. The desperate mother asked me to save her daughter. Apparently, the little girl is in grave danger.
I have killed the Kobolds in the village and have freed Mary. I’ll take her back to her mother, so she can stop worrying.
She was so happy when she saw her little girl was alive.
