Talk to Inquisitor Ortlewyn to learn of the Inquisition plans for Noriath's Corner.

Head North and then West around the edge of the lake until you reach the ruins where the Inquisition Guard are camped.

Talk to the Special Forces Officer for your reward. You can now speak to her again for the next quest in the chain.
