Detailed Walkthrough
In Sloptok, near the southern gate, you will find Shaman Smoothroot. He will tell you that their well has been poisoned by the rival Ore-Thag clan. In order to neutralize the poison, he needs 7 wreathberries, and he asks you to get them for him. He also mentions that the berries are only found in troll turds (not very appetizing, I know). He sends two Orc warriors to assist you.

Take your entourage and head west. You will find the wreathberries about half way to the mountains. They are just lying on the ground but there are Orcs and trolls in the area.

Collect the berries and return to Shaman Smoothroot. He thanks you and heads off to neutralize the poison. Your quest is complete.
