Sebastian Fleer is one of the Ascaron employees that have to be contacted in the Epic Office Quest. He can be found at the entrance to the Great Machine, in Northern Wastelands Region.

- Sebastian Fleer can be located at the entrance to the Great Machine
- You will find him standing near the soul stone right outside the main building where you find the final battle.
