Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to the Village Doctor to learn of the undead man harassing the village.
Find the undead man who is harassing the village!
You won't believe it! An undead has been roaming around outside the village for some time now. This has to be related to the T-Energy outbreaks, I have no other explanation. Do you think you could deal with that issue? Who knows, you might even find out who the undead man is... was.
Head east out of the village, then almost immediately turn north.
Kill the Restless Dead Man and pick up the Retga’s Last Words that he drops. Return to the Village Doctor for your reward.
