Usage Strategies

  • Even without the Insight mods, this CA will cause a large increase in damage of any activity calculated with the intelligence value. (non-weapon-based CAs, magic staffs).
  • Taking the Proficiency bronze mod will cause Actue Mind's cooldown (not the regeneration!) to decrease with additional runes. This will allow the duration of the skill to eventually catch up with the total regeneration time, allowing the skill to remain up semi-permanently. This does not occur until later in a character's development, approximately level 100.
