This mod gives a chance that a hit is applied directly to the enemy, bypassing attack/defense or evasion calculations. To a first approximation, the modifier adds directly to the % chance to hit on an enemy. For example, a ring giving a 10% Chance that opponents cannot evade attacks will approximately increase the chance to hit from 10 to 20%, or 60 to 70%, et cetera. As such, this modifier is particularly powerful against enemies with a very low chance to hit, such as bosses.
