The Village Priest will send you to Leifhard. he's a retired rogue but still knows a lot about the shady side of life. Not too many thieves will target temples so he's sure you're dealing with a professional. The only one in the area he can think of is Two-Eye. He tells you waht he know about him and where his hide-out might be.
