Detailed Walkthrough
Be prepared. This quest is somewhat on the disgusting side. Jangletooth will tell you he has a problem. The menu, it seems says that he's got Slimy Gobs and Goo on the menu, but he's fresh out. He also lets you in on a secret - he doesn't make the stuff himself. He will go on about what goes into it - and it's a fairly revolting concoction. Needless to say he needs you to go to Gnarl's cave and procure a fresh cauldron of the stuff.
There are two ways to get to Gnarl's location. One is the overland route. The second is through the cave entrance on the side of the central mound in Ruka. Either way, go there and talk with Gnarl. He will tell you he'd like to help but he's fresh out of certain ingredients. Transition to It's the Bowels That Count...
