If you've made it as far as the western beach of the Bengaresh desert region, you may have come across Captain Jack Karrow who is apparently moonlighting by running a tourist agency in the lovely beach community of Turbak.
He's, of course, a homage to the perennial Disney franchise, The Pirates of the Carribean and the main character, Captain Jack Sparrow:
