Roger Swindells is one of the Ascaron employees that have to be contacted in the Epic Office Quest quest. He can be found in a house due east of Artamark's Splinters, in Artamark.
Location

- Take the western road out of Atamark. Follow a ways until there is a dirt road headed north. This
