- Stefan Ruthenberg can be located near the western edge of the Golden Coast
- The easiest way to reach him is from either the Western Tyr-Lysia portal or the Sloeford portal. Head to the merchant on the west end of the Golden Coast then head to the spot to the north and west of the merchant to the Elven Guard who gave you the Kobold Canyon quest.
