Fight the Kobold Chieftain.
Talk to the Kobold Chieftain again.
Talk to Maid Mathilda.
Escort Maid Mathilda, Maid Theresa, Maid Lena and their children to Chuck Latbar.
Talk to Chuck Latbar.
Kill Chuck Latbar.
Talk to Maid Mathilda and receive your reward.

Though according to logbook, this story is considered one quest, actually Chuck Latbar would have two tasks for your character.
