Ensign Zahar had mentioned that the priests may be heading to a relative's manor in Artamark. So you head to Griffinborough to seek out the registry office. Inside is Notary A. Point. He looks through his records and can find only one estate that belongs to an elf. Well that has to be where they were heading. You get directions and head off to Trallheim Manor.
