While there are no NPC's you will need to collect 20 Marigold flowers in this area during the Defying the Fog Main Quest
Transportation
Monolith at Sar'Thaz. Head a short distance south.
Western Hissil'Ta portal and head northeast
Enemies
You will encounter Swamp Olms, Mudsuckers, Toxic Elementals, and Moldered Liches, Skeletons and Zombies of all varieties.
