With this attack the Sorceress creates a wave of electrical energy radiating from her fingertips, bathing all nearby enemies with its destructive force. This spell is ideal for defeating melee opponents who swarm too closely. This is a Spell Damage Based Combat Art. Aspect - Lightning Spells Innate Abilities (Lvl 1) Damage: 23-23 Magic Magic Damage Over Time: 6.0/s + 3.0/s per CA level Slow Enemy Movement: 30% + 0.5% per level Regeneration Time: 6.1 seconds Modifications See also: Sacred 2:Combat Art Modifications Bronze Delirium - Opponents are dazed by the electrical burst, reducing their attack speed by 30% + 0.2% per level. Blind - The burst of energy dazzles enemies' eyes, reducing their attack rating by 30 + 10 per level. Silver Blast - The nova inflicts more electrical damage upon impact (21 + 10.5 per level). Expansion - The range of the energy wave is increased by 5 meters (50% boost). Gold Afterglow - Electrical burning damage over time is increased by 25 + 12.5 per level. Paralyze - Enemies shocked by the intense nova have a chance to become stunned (20% + 0.1% per level).

Skills and Attributes

The following skills will affect this combat art:

• Lightning Spells Lore - improves combat art damage, critical chance and casting speed, allows for modification points.

• Lightning Spells Focus - reduces regeneration time and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, allows for modification points.

• Concentration - directly improves regeneration time

• Ancient Magic - directly improves combat art damage and lowers opponents' resistance to its damage

• Combat Discipline - will increase the damage of this combat art and lower its regeneration time if it is placed in a combo.

• Damage Lore - will improve the chance, duration, and strength of Weaken (secondary damage effect) triggered by Nova's magic damage.

The following attributes will affect this combat art:

• Intelligence will increase its damage and spell intensity

• Stamina will lower regeneration time

Usage Strategies

• Useful for when enemies swarm. Launch it after Frost Nova for a one-two AoE punch.
• Even if the Expansion mod is not chosen, Combat Art Range +X% can boost the radius of the nova to be quite large.
