The Festering Zombie is the assasin of a mad magician in the Books, Cows and Virgins quest. He can be found in a small house near the river, in east Sloeford. The house is near the Temple Ruins, but the quickest way to get there is exiting Sloeford towards east. You must kill him in order to complete the quest.
