After waiting for a while, Denyiw finally gives you details about the action plan he has designed: the undead will be hit by multiple waves from different locations, weakening their forces. But this plan is so big, it needs to be approved by The Council.

Okay then! my plan is as follows: We will approach the undead in a series of waves. We probably won't be able to destroy all the undead with the first one, but if we focus on starting from several sides at the same time, then we will be successful. A plan of this magnitude needs the approval of the Council though, would you take this plan of action to Senator Nimorean? I will give the order to set out as soon as it is approved!
So your next mission is to deliver the plan details to Senator Nimorean. You walk north to the center of Thylysium, where The Council building is.
