Telwan is a merchant that deals in potions. Lately his potions have worked unpredictably. Sometimes they work, sometimes only a little and sometimes not at all. Since the adventurer must be able to rely on these potions while traveling through Ancaria, his business will suffer greatly if he gets a reputation for bad wares. He asks that you visit his supplier, an alchemist named Rina Boombastic and see what is going on with the potions.
