This elf can be easily distinguished from the other soldiers, since he is significantly taller than all the other elves you meet. If you thought that he must be a 'big boss', than you're right - he is a Commander of a small outpost in northern Tyr Lysia. Recent times weren't really peaceful for the elven country, and all the soldiers have to fight some creatures on a daily basis. This particular outpost is constantly attacked by numerous Kobolds. No wonder that all the tasks the Commander has for you require fighting against these little creatures.
Location
- The Commander can be found in the small fort near the lake north-east of Derelict Manor. See exact location below:

Quests
- The Commander takes part in the Cut Off quest. He gives you some tasks that are part of this mission.
Notes
- Since his quest was added to the game with the Community Patch, the Commander and his subordinates won't appear if you don't have the patch installed.
